Towards the end of 2010 we received a very positive feedback from a sales partner in Germany. In the summer of the same year he was asked by a brewery in Bavaria whether it was possible to improve the quality of the beer with our technology. He accepted the order with pleasure and set about implementing it with enthusiasm, without informing us about this project. His feedback reached us only after the successful test phase, towards the middle of November 2010.
After he had installed several Aquaflow belts at the "neuralgic" points of the production line, we had to wait. The challenge was interesting because this brewery was trying to win the first prize in the upcoming competition: the winner was awarded the prize of being the main supplier for the next Oktoberfest in this region.
So the goal was set very high. After a good eight weeks the time had come. According to the statements - even from long-time employees - a quality was achieved that had never been achieved before.
Even the most skeptical employees were extremely surprised: Never before had the beer been so good.
But the best was yet to come: at the tasting the beer of this brewery was declared the official winner: "O'zapft is !!
